This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how PRODRUPO CONSULTING (J40/5043/2008, RO 23541307, registered office: Str. Lujerului no. 2, hereinafter “Prodrupo”) collects, uses, and manages your personal information. Prodrupo is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Please read this Policy carefully to understand why and how we collect data from you and how it will be used.
Regarding the personal data we collect, Prodrupo is the “data controller”, i.e. the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
How and when do we collect your personal data?
We collect your personal information when it is relevant to your needs as a consumer or to our business (e.g. when you contact us via the contact form, when you subscribe to a newsletter, etc.).
We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes unless you tell us it is OK.
All your personal information is treated confidentially and protected appropriately.
What information do we collect directly from you?
The usual categories of data we collect from Prodrupo clients are: first name, last name, email, phone.
Clients are guaranteed the rights provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, including the right to information, access, rectification, objection, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to go to court if rights are violated, and the right to request full or partial erasure of personal data.

Where is your personal data stored?
We keep the personal data we collect about you in secure environments. Your personal information is protected against unauthorised access, disclosure, use, modification, or destruction by any organisation or individual.
Some data may still be stored on paper, but we aim to digitise all personal data we process. Processed data is stored at Prodrupo’s premises and in its IT systems.
Does Prodrupo share my data with third parties?
We currently do not transfer and do not intend to transfer your personal data or any part of it to other companies, organisations, or persons. If we ever need to transfer your data to any of the above (e.g. when required by law or authorities), we will only pass on data that is adequate, relevant, and does not exceed what is requested.

Prodrupo will not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the specific purpose of use.

We use your personal data in several ways, mainly to fulfil Prodrupo’s obligations towards you, but sometimes also to improve your online experience and for direct marketing.
